Dr. Alison Lockhart, DMD
Dr. Lockhart grew up in Barnwell County South Carolina, the daughter of a farmer and an elementary school teacher. She graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in 1982. She has practiced dentistry in Columbia since graduation. She built her current office at 5107 Trenholm Road in 2000. She is an ADA, SCDA member. She completed the Dawson Academy for dental education. Dr. Lockhart is married with two grown daughters, a new son in-law and 3 sweet dogs. She enjoys fly fishing, hiking, sailing and scuba diving. She is eternally grateful for all the successful years in Forest Acres.
Dr. Terry “Nick” Nichols
Dr. Terry “Nick” Nichols, originally from Seneca, SC, graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2005. After working for many years in healthcare, Dr. Nichols decided dentistry was his calling and pursued his dental passion. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. After dental school, he completed a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at East Carolina University.
He is a member of the S.C. Dental Association and American Dental Association. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Shannon, and their two sons, Sullivan and Nolan, and daughter, Scarlett.

Casey | Practice Manager
Casey is our practice manager with over 25 years of dental experience. She started with Lockhart Dental in 2016 as Dr. Lockhart’s dental assistant. Casey is happy to answer any questions you may have; help plan your future appointments, resolve any concerns that may arise and make your visits enjoyable. She loves fall weather and spending time with her husband, children and grandson.

Anne has been with Lockhart Dental since 2015. She is our insurance coordinator and has over 30 years’ experience. In her spare time, she loves going to the beach.

Becca is Dr. Tian’s assistant, she has 6 years of experience. In her free time, she can be found eating Mexican food and hanging out with her sweet dog peanut.

Kaite K. is one of Dr. Lockhart’s assistants. She has been assisting since 2006. She loves spending time with her husband and twin girls.
